Building a business won’t make you a richie rich overnight. It just means you’re navigating the world of entrepreneurship.
At the end, it’s all work. Working on something 💪
Looking to escape your job just because you don’t want to become answerable to your boss?
Truth is that as a business owner, you become answerable to your clients, your customers. Period.
There’s simply no escape 😂
I keep getting at least 6-7 messages over LinkedIn everyday.
A big chunk of them are young students and looking to build a side income 🤷♂️
First things first, I never talk about side income. I always talk about side projects.
My email course’s chapter #2 is pretty much dedicated to that ❕❗
Now, this is crucial — calling it side income is like putting the cart before the horse 🛒🐎
You need a primary income in the first place.
You can’t call it a side hustle if you’re hustling for peanuts and haven’t built your primary career yet.
But here’s a deeper result because of this 👇
Generations of misguided youth full of low self-esteem because they tried building a business and miserably failed.
Because nobody showed them the darker side of entrepreneurship which is full of experimentations and failures.
It’s like being permanently afraid to swim in a pool just because you foolishly jumped in water and got drowned when you were young 🏊♀️

My 2 cents — prioritize your education, sharpen your skills, and get that job.
Make it rain with your primary income first ✅
Side projects (or income?) can wait. Until your cash flow is consistent, don’t get distracted by the mirage of side income.

✔ WHAT I DID THIS WEEK
I spent my weekend reflecting on self. We get so busy in day-to-day lives that we keep delaying big decisions or thoughts of life.
Even when we get some free time, our phones are at disposal. Yup, we all are in the same boat.
Took long walks. I strictly kept my phone away, faced real boredom to get my creative juices flowing. I talked about this in my letter of 30th June 2023 🚶♂️
This week, my biggest achievement is that I generated a whole code using ChatGPT while being a non-coder. It’s working really well 😍
I am so proud of myself 🙂
My maternal relatives are here in Mumbai and I am giving most of my time there. Touring in Mumbai today. Yay! 🚌
