Time is like treasure in our journey, isn’t it ? ⏳
Managing a day job while also working on side projects after working hours 🤘
To make things worse, there are countless ideas buzzing around and an endless to-do list to keep distracting us 🥴
In my last letter, I gave an action item. But how do you decide that? 😶
I’ve got a nifty trick for you – let the picture do the talking! 👇

Remember, this is just a starting point. Tweak it to fit your unique circumstances and business goals.
The key is to rock that balance between short-term needs and long-term growth, all while being a time-management wizard 🧙♀️
✍ TODAY’S ACTION ITEM FOR YOU
If you feel unproductive some day, try recalling what all things sucked your time and decide to –
✅ Eliminate – These could be low-value tasks, time-wasters, or commitments that can be let go
✅ Automate – See how you can use AI, productivity apps, scheduling software, or automation tools to automate your day-to-day tasks
✅ Delegate – Identify tasks that can be handed off to someone else who is more capable and available. Some classic examples include household maids, tax managers, car washers, etc.
So you can free up your time and energy for more meaningful endeavors.
Read this to get an idea with examples.
You can tweak it to your list of day-to-day tasks.
✔ WHAT I DID THIS WEEK
The weekend went with an impromptu plan for a long ride with a friend from green lushes of Ambarnath, Badlapur, and the outskirts of Mumbai accompanied by the cool breeze and rains 🌧
Then, I changed the look of my personal journaling website by changing its theme to Spectra One, one of our company’s products 🤩
It has been more than a year since I started a private journal blog to document my life. Now it needed a good look because – why not! 🙂
📚 BOOK I AM CURRENTLY READING
Completed “Management Tips” from Harvard Business School. It’s a must-read book if you are a manager of a team. It teaches several aspects like team building, balancing IC as well as management, etc.
One thing that I liked about this book is that it’s a straightforward and to-the-point book without jargon and complex fluff.
I might treat it as another book of its kind but since it brings teachings from Harvard Business School, I am a bit biased due to its positioning.
🌐 AROUND THE WEB
I started using Healthify app to track my calorie intake and workout. After my time and money, my health started getting tracked as well! What a nerd I am! Lol.
Let’s see how consistently I keep it updated but yeah, it’s an interesting app.
