Make it quantifiable. Something that can be measured easily.
Instead of > I want to get viral quickly
Use > I will track the progress by aiming for 2 leads from each post
💪 Achievable
Set goals you can actually reach. Going from couch potato to running a marathon tomorrow? Not likely. Start smal.
Instead of > I will post 3 Reels per day to reach 1000 followers in a week
Use > I will post and engage every day from 9 PM to 10 PM to curate and schedule my posts, ensuring a consistent presence on my Instagram account.
🛣️ Relevant
Ask yourself, “Does this goal matter to me?”
If it’s not meaningful, you’ll lose interest. Make sure your goal aligns with what you want.
Instead of > I will post every day to be consistent – be it memes, my artwork, my travel vlogs, and sometimes dog pics too.
Use > I want to build a following for my art, so posting regularly on Instagram aligns with my goal of reaching a wider audience.
⏳ Time-Bound
Set a deadline.
Instead of > I will post every single day. And I will keep doing it forever.
Use > I will start this goal today and continue for the next month. I will post thrice a week to assess progress and adjust my strategy if needed.

Visited Saguna Baug which is an agro-tourism farm with adventure sports and activities. Learned about honeybees and oysters there. They earned massive respect from me 🦪🐝
Did several adventure sports there. Touched snakes, iguana, and several other reptiles 🦎
Read “The Defining Decade” by Dr Meg Jay, a clinical psychologist. She beautifully explains the importance of proactive decision-making, identity development and so on 📚
I published a video this week. Yeah, I am getting on track it seems. Let’s see how it goes 😅
The office was nice this week. Had fewer meetings, but productive ones. Did actual work more. Can’t wait to share with the team soon. It feels much more satisfying when things are done 😌
Tested a new thing this week: Started completing my dinner earlier than before. Now I see I easily wake up early in the morning. Have you ever tried that? 🌅

After reading my last email, some of you asked about the tool that I used to predict my email deliveries.
I use Gmass.
It has some emails where you need to send your email. There are all kinds of email addresses like a 10-year-old Gmail account, business Gmail IDs, security-enabled email IDs and so on.
It depends on a lot of factors like how engaged your subscribers are, your IP rating, your email reputation, and so on.
It just gives a rough estimate.
